This disjointed mess is perhaps the worst anime I've ever seen. The writer obviously knows absolutely nothing about America or Americans, since he has strange, apparently "American" cosplayers prancing around as mercenaries, fighting supervillains from a prison set in a nuclear test site. English errors abound, one screen reads, "Nucrear missiles have exprosioned." Ten years ago, this might have been forgivable, but this is just silly and easily avoidable. Even without the unrealistic setting and shallow characters, it's just plain poorly written and stupid. Obviously a troubled production.
