The anime really isn't as good as the manga. However, it is worth a look. The humor that was in the manga is still there, even if it seems to be lacking something. The love between Keiichi and Belldandy is as pure as it was in Kosuke Fujishima's oiginal image.

Sweet and romantic, this series maybe a bit too "good" for its own welfare. Still, for the hopeless sap in all of us, it's a nice change of pace from the often jaded pop-culture treatment of modern-day romance. Well worth watching, especially with your significant other.

Sorry i must say i also own the goddess in the convinience petite size but it is more like a comedy relief .. what can i say I am a romantic at heart i like the romantic episode better.. don't get wrong the mini series is hallarious. however it tends to undermind belldandy to a few sentence.. like i'll go make dinner..

Love Ah megami sama the only thing i find sad it's that there is so little anime.. beside the OVA and the movie the manga is ok... Great actors.. both in japanese and English.

first of all "dandybell" belldandy is the translated version of the norn Verithandi, they had to change it cause the japensese language had no v sound and the r is sounded lously, like l. Kisama (which is "fuckyou!" in japenese) awww Skuld is sooo kawaii!! ^_^ Urd is a bit/......odd.

Nothing better than this. Though i wish that the series was a bit longer. Very interesting and seems so real sometimes. The books are also very interesting. My favorite character is Belldandy or Skuld.

It was the first anime I ever watched in sub, and Skuld is my favorite character ever! I don't generally go for all romantic, but this was just so cute and the goddess-thingy hotline whatever was such a cute idea! and even though it might not have been meant as a pun in Japan, I think that the title is hilarious >^_^<
