Though often cited as a classic (and rightfully so), this series has tons of plotholes, a decided lack of characterization, and inconsistent acting. That being said, it's still a fun cyberpunk romp through a future Tokyo that will be enjoyed for years to come.

One of the all-time classic animes, and something any fan should experience at least once, if only for the music. The animation quality might be dated by today's standards, but the storyline is at least as good as anything today. The music is quite good by itself and should be the benchmark by which any other anime soundtrack should be judged.

Bubblegum crises Tokyo 2040 is very cool! the characters, history ... it's wonderful.

well, i think this is about Buble Gum Crisis 2040, isnt it? if it is, its awsome... really really good... but not quite as awsome as the original when it came out. i've seen better, but not too many
