i hope that copies of the this novel by jean webster are still available, i heard it was published in the 1920's... to search for this novel, i admit is not gonna be easy.

i've seen this anime before but i haven't realized how good it was the first time i saw it, i was a bit confused in the end... well, i was 14 years old then. but now that (i am seventeen) i've seen it again and have pretty much learned its relevance, i won't think twice of watching it again and again and again...

the plot has touched me i hope that it did the same thing with you...

i will definitely buy the novel by jean webster and the movie daddy long legs which stars fred astaire.

i love this stuff so much! i guess it teaches me lots of lesons and inspires me a lot.Judy goes through lots of things and its like i can relate with her in one sense. id love to have a friend like Judy!

well..i would say that i really LOOOOOVVEEE!! this anime! like what rai-chan said, i love this, especially when the time judy or judie grown into a very lovely lady and fell in love with jervis! they really looked good together. I like the plot and the humor of this series i guess Jean Webster was inspired when she wrote this novel and i also like the things that you can learn in life by watching this series, it's so touchy and heartwarming! oh!..before i forgot, thanks for having this image gallery search..coz i've been looking for an image gallery ever since i can remember it's not until now that i found one! thanks guyz! u were really a big help!

this is the one of the best things I've ever watched, great story, evolving characters, heartrobbing story. I love Judy and her story.

It's a very touching story of an orphan whose life suddenly changed because of a mysterious man who's currently supporting her.

Though she hasn't seen that man, she labeled him "Daddy Long-Legs" because of the man's shadow...you better watch it. Judie in the story is growing into a lady...

I LOOOOVVVVEEE this anime!!! Not only does it portray the novel very well but it also add some scenes that are very likely to happen (but ofcourse couldn't be said by Judy in her letter in the novel). I also love the songs...it's not my usual taste but I dunno, I just gotten to like them.

It's an anime nicely done from the original piece by Jean Webster. Every Jean Webster's fan should watch this one cause it explores more than just Judy's letters especially on her romance with Jevis. A cool one, indeed!
