Good animation ... and that's about it. The plot is very simplistic, and the main character's purpose seems to be to kill off all the baddies and make his sword glow blue.

Essentially, this is a movie with all the depth of an arcade game, and while it will please many on the sheer virtue of the action, it is only marginally useful as a story, especially with moronic characters such as Sayaka ("Let's be friends OW you're hurting me!").

The English version of this movie was... amusing. O_O The interracialness was so... cool! I love how at the end he finally gets the girl. Chibi is AWESOME! YEAH! I rate this one----- VERY GOOD!

demon city shinjuku is the coolest one i ve seen yet mephisto made wanna watch it twice hes hot for a animae chara im waiting to see it again! or own it!

Loved the movie..one of my fav's battle scens are great except for the last battle which was only 1 second long!! great Animation except for last battle
