This seems aimed more at the Digimon crowd than towards fans of the modern Final Fantasy games. It's still fun, though, if simply animated. Much better than the previous FF anime series.

Creative... yet, they could have done so much more with the Final Fantasy title. Not nearly as good as any of the Final Fantasy games' story lines.
