Story

A girl wakes up to find her room a mess. She realizes that she has partially lost her memory and all she can remember is that her name is Maze, and that she's now in a strange world. Here she meets a girl named Princess Mill who is on the run from the "Jaina Holy Group"; some creatures her house landed on just like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Maze also soon realizes that at night she transforms into a man.

Maze and Mill meet more companions on their journey and become embroiled in a war to defeat Jaina and raise Mill back to the throne of Bartonia.
This story has the part which was created by referencing Wikipedia, so the licence of GFDL is applied to this story.

This is one of my very favorite animes. I love the story, the characters (well, the most of them. not too fond of Mil) and the music. It was a great blend of drama, angst and humor. It was really intresting. My favorite characters were Chic and Gorgeous.

This one was on the air in the midnight.
There must have not been so much audience, but considering it, the quality is much high.

this is defiantly my favorite anime. it has a good and funny story line and great character design! if you haven't seen this anime i highly recomend it. i dont recomend the oav for anyone under the age of 18 though. it get pretty intence!
over all this is a reallt KUUL anime though!!!!!

damn! it's been a long time since an anime cawt my attention like this one did right off the bat!
personally i'm a fan of ranma, evangelion and lodoss war, so you can see how this thing holds appeal to me, if you know anithhing about maze...

it has giant robots, mid-evil type fighting/adventures/setting, and it's sooooooo funny! i love it when Male Maze comes out at the most opportune times, and how he is just blatantly horny and full of himself... while at the same time being something more, too
female Maze is kinda boring at first, IMO, but then you get used to her and really begin to get close to Maze and all the characters... really grade-A anime, story, comedy, music, oh yea, and AWSOME voice talents! one of the best i've seen in a looong time!
if you like any of the the other animes i mentioned above, and dont mind a little not-so-american hanki panki sexed up characters ^_^ (both men and wemen) then this is for you... gotta love it
