One of the best side-stories EVER for the Gundam universe. It has everything, from neophyte pilots of the Gundam to massive space battles and even impressive explosions! You have got to love a Gundam with a nuclear bazooka. The animation quality gave a real kick in the pants to the Gundam universe, and the opening and closing songs rock!
