The first part of this is standard softcore fluff and really not even worth discussing. It's very low-rent and not particularly funny or original.

The second part of this series is Chizuru (the main character) getting an immense crush on an innocent female classmate, and the situational comedy in this is utterly hilarious, largely because the entire cast of this series is comprised of morons.

Half terrible, half okay averages out to a very mediocre series ... it's probably best to forget the first episode ever happened.
