I'd forgive the panty-shot silliness, if it weren't for the fact that the characters are almost uniformly stupid or depraved. Najica Blitz Tactics tells almost the same story, but actually injects some semblance of a plot. Aika has no plot, just a string of events that is a thin excuse for panty shots, nudity, and random acts of misogyny. No thanks.

Ugh. It's a show like this that keeps anime from going primetime in the U.S. There is enough panty shots to... well, there are too many panty shots, PERIOD. It's not to mention how degrading Agent Aika is to women. Any female you see in this anime is likely to be felt-up in some nasty manner. The only thing that keeps this from being the bottom rung of the ladder is the good animation. Not recommended in the very least.
