i liked the first half of this series, but it will start to lag 15th-up. it's one of those animes that's trying to make a 'complete' sense of the mess it made but will not deliver a very satisfying ending, instead leave the viewer still in the dark. on the positive side, character design and development is a B+ that overall makes a lovely ensemble. the atmosphere is also muted if not, ominous almost has the word 'kicka**' written all over it. xD Shinsen subs or was it Static (?) are also worth checking out as they have several neat tidnits at the end of each episode that help ALOT in better understanding the show. overall, Ergo Proxy is worth a spot in your collection. :D
