I love this show, not only because of the plot and characters, but because of the actual violence. It seems that every character in this, no matter how evil they seem to be, always turns out to be an ok person. Which is soooo true in real life. Nobody turns evil overnight and even the most neurotic psychos have reasons, like their dad never paid attention to them or something. My fave character is Mokuba because no matter what, the kid idolizes his big bro. He does whatever Kaiba asks and defends him whenever others talk bad about him, even if it's true. A measely "good job" from Kaiba and he would probably explode from happiness.

I bet you people who say it sucks have'nt even watched enough of the series to get into it. At first I didn't like it. Besides 4Kids has just come out with the first three episodes completey uncut and original dialogue (toilet humor included). This version is much funnier and enjoyable. At least we have YuGiOh fans have better things to do than masturbate.

Being a former AD&D player, I watch YuGiOh because I love to see what kind of monsters or traps they're going to use again each other and I like to see what each monster and trap is capable of doing. The first episode I saw that got my attention was when Cyberjar was used by Seto on two rare hunters and again when Yugi used it against Noah.. I'm not much for the "heart of the cards" stuff in the English dubbed version but I love the monster and trap card stuff..just my opinion.

Hey ppl!

For all the people who don't like Yu-gi-oh can just go to hell, if you don't like it then don't watch it and why are you even here in the first place, you must like it in order to be on this message board!!!!!! Also I love Seto Kaiba, anyone who doesn't must be blind, but that's what I think!

For the people who don't really like the anime, you all seem to know a lot about it! don't that say something to you all? there are many things that you all like that some of us might not like, does that give us the right to slag off your things? .....I don't think so!!!! So don't do it to this anime!!!!

To some people this is what they like and there are some people out there that are ruining it for the others...i know what it's like to be laughed at just cause i like Yu-Gi-Oh, but that hasn't stopped me, i still watch it and nobody is going to change my mind!

I like the first season MUCh better. All the cursing gore violence...
Also Yami Yugi is supposed to be killing people but in the second season he has that stupid heart of the cards chant thing like he's a preist or something.
