Ok, who ever says Yu-Gi-oh sucks... CAN GO TO H*LL!!! You people, go f**k off you crazy b*****ds. Yu-Gi-Oh is one of the coolest anime shows EVER!!! My friends even agree that it rocks. Hello. I REALLY love this anime. It's the coolest!! There are things that i do not like. ex. "BELIEVE IN THE HEART OF THE CARDS _____!" er when the characters go "You can do it!" er, "Beleive in yerself" etc.,etc. *sticks finger in mouth* makes me wanna puke. Over all I LUV THIS ANIME!!!! I luv joey, yugi,yami, bakura,marik,odion,mokuba,and expecially... KIABA!!!!!! HE'S HOTT!

The japanese verision is much better, it has all the good parts that 4kids cut out, unfortunatley I don't know japanese, but the manga is good and if you read summeries of the japanese version on the internet, it makes it sound much better! Yu-gi-oh isn't bad! 4kids just stinks (yu-gi-oh was intended to be for a teenage audience not 4kids)!

man yugioh is some gay shinannagans, i dont know why they made it all its gonna do is mess up some 4 yr olds brain and think that some stupid cards are gonna help him or something along that i just think that the cards are just as stupid than the show you can sell one card for 35$+ when you bought it and 8 others for 4 =/ thats just gay japanese people need something better to come up with once in their lives... pitiful...

I could pwn u all, i got the infinite draw deck, add a chaos necromancer to that, viola, next turn u can take them out with shooting starbow ceal on chaos necromancer, and those monsters in the graveyard, (around 8000 damage itself) and finally u well... attack, unelss they have more than 8000, then u use reversal quiz(risky) and take their lp THEN attack

(i always win, no 1 could clean me out)

P.S.- infinite draw combo is gierfried, royal magical library, and Butterfly dagger -elma and then u can draw, i would only leave 1 card in your deck though

Sorry to tell all you people who voted "Worst!!", but you are all quite ignorant. You base your opinions on the dub and give no reasonable explanation as to why other that, "Seto Kaiba looks like a charcter from Trigun!!" when his character model is a quite frequently used one.

Yu-Gi-Oh! actually HAS a good plot. Unfortunately, when 4Kids, the same people who dubbed Pokemon, got their hands on it, they removed all sex, violence, and basically the entire plot, and replaced it with:
"I'll send you to the Shadow Realm!!" (Didn't exist in original version)
"I must beleive in the Heart of the Cards!!" (Made by 4KidsEntertainment)
Originally the plot was basically this: Everyone wants to kill Yugi, who houses the soul of a 3000 year old pharaoh, one way or another, and Yugi's trying his hardest to stop these maniacs from doing so. The dubbed version made it so that everyone wanted to "take Yugi's Puzzle", and removed everything not related to cards so that they could swim in the money they get.
So please, don't come in here saying, "Yugayho sux monkeya$$, theyz beleive in paper!!? wTF?", when you are judging an entire anime on a VERY poor and distorted dub.

On a side note: you would not beleive how much actually gets editted out of a single episode of Yu-Gi-Oh! They removed the main character's freaking MOTHER, as well as editting out any blood, guns, or cleavage. And as we all know, those three things are elemental in an anime, which is why I, for one, say that the DUB YUGIOH sucks, but the JAPANESE YUGIOH is a fantastic anime.

I like the show and all, but I have some comments:
one: how come the company that makes the cards only spends 25 cents on making a deck while we have to spend 10$
two:there are some kids on the internet that fake the existence of cards they pretend to have. There is one on this page and come on, do you guys think your parents would actually spend 100$ for five cards and 150$ for the god cards!!!Come on!!!
Three:How can Yugi have such goofy hair, it's imposible even if yo wanted to look like that!!!
four:if the cards in the show are just holograms how can the god cards punch you and make you faint
