However, this novel was written based on the animated cartoon version. In a word, this is not a genuine novel written by Finn's novelist. Still, it is glad that the novel on Katri was put on the market. The original writer of this novel is Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara. Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara was born on May 22, 1883 in Finland. And, she died on October 26, 1972. In Finland, this novel was published in 1936. After the war, the novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara had written seems to have been introduced in Japan. After the war, the novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara had written was published in Japan. Of course, it is a novel translated into Japanese. However, the novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote is not published in Japan now. The novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote is not famous now in Japan. It is not an exception. In Finland that is Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara's mother country, people who know this novel are few. Because the novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote is wonderful, it is very regrettable. In Japan, the novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote became an animated cartoon in 1984. However, this animated cartoon is not famous either. The novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote seems not to be welcomed. However, it doesn't mean this novel is trash. I wish "Novel on Katri that Mrs. Auni Nuolivaara wrote" to be published again. I am a fan of Katri. Katri is an attractive heroine. I saw the animated cartoon version and came to like Katri. There is CD of the appendix in this novel. It is CD of the theme song of the animated cartoon. Moreover, the explanation by Mr. Furuya in the end of a book is good. Therefore, I recommend this novel.
