Man, there's an anime for this?! Hmm... But in the very least, the game(s) is/are excellent. I think the American release of the games (a special edition including all three Arc games along with the Monster Tournament sub game disc and a making of disc) really did American gamers a service in bringing what was such an intrinsic part of the history of RPGs to us. Excellent, is all I can say.

actually my friend want to watch the movie of this anime(hunterxhunter)i`m expecting too that the sucasessfull of this website will tell all over the world that the philippines is one of the country in the whole world that very proud of this anime(I`m talking about the hunterxhunter)

This anime rules. I hate Elc and Lieza though! Elc wants to hurt my cute bishie Arc! Lieza is....just an annoying heroine who doesn't have any good skills at all. I only like... Arc, Kukuru, and Tosh. Their cool. I don't care about anyone else though. Arc is the coolest!! I've been searching the internet for a picie of him^^. Tee-hee and it's a really good one. I have found the hottest bishie in the world in this anime. And I'm very happy about that!^_^

"Arc the Lad" is the best game-based anime I've ever seen. The "Animerica" review didn't lie. The series isn't cliched, thank god. At first, I was afraid of buying the DVD because of my bad experience with the "Final Fantasy" anime series; I thought I'd be disappointed. But I wasn't, so...HA! Anyway, the characters are nicely designed. Leiza's beautiful. And Elk reminds me of "HunterXHunter" character Gon.
