This is truly an awesome game, and I kick myself in the teeth for not enjoing it in its entirety the first time I played it. FF8 set a new standard in the FF series that this game didn't quite meet for me. But just recently I replayed it and I realized how cool it really is. If you haven't played any of the series, make sure you play them in the following order to maximum enjoyment. FF1,FF2,FF3,FF4,FF5,FF6,FF7,FF9,FF8,FF10
This way they just get better and better as you go. Keep note that the graphics in 9 are better than 8, but the storyline in 8 is only defeated by 10.

I have played most of the final fantasy's, and although i loved "8" and "7", I LOVE "9" TOO! The graphics are amazing as well as the characters and the storyline.And the best part is that the story plot never slows down! Even though this game isn't hard, i believe that the characters are so good that they cancle out the level of difficultly. So i DEF. recommend trying this game. And i agree...TO HELL WITH ALL U WHO HATE IT!! i'm going to play it again...

This game was pretty good.butt...there where better fft games.i only have final fantasy 9 cos'
i can't find another one exept 10.ps:i cant buy fft10 cos' i only get 2 bucks a week

I love Final Fantasy. But..... FFIX was probably the funkyest game ever... I mean, a main villian who reminds me of a Nuriko on speed? But it was a happy game. Happy happy happy! It was cute. Freya was cool. But the game itself was much too easy.
