The followings are not so much general opinions among Japanese readers
as my own opinion.
Still when I use "comparatively", it means in comparison with manga whose author is Japanese.
So I wonder if this opinion makes difference.

1.Cool drawing especially during battle scenes.
2.Setting up a climax for not only good-looking person with command of Nija-skill appealing
strongly. Such as "Shikamaru" and "Shino"
(This point is quite remarkable especially on recent manga scenses because
recently Japanese yougsters tend to appreciate apperance and talent having punch
when they evaluate characters on manga. As a result, handsome boys are apt to be talented.)
3.Providing highlight for persons who is almost entirely not cut out for Ninja.
　Such as Rock Lee
(However, please note that this character is making the greatest efforts in this title
and his highlight faded away in time)

2.Full of contradiction found in setting
3.Making tremendous confusion and misunderstanding on What

Almost all of main characters of Naruto wear conspicuous costume,
but this fact is unrealistic.
Female nija is called "Kunoichi" and their mission basically includes
spending a night with a target man(usually with Damyo of enemy country).
Kunoichi is irrevalant to "Medical skill".
What is more, when Ninja was acting in Japan, Japan still has isolationist policy.
This means, existence of Ninja with dyed hair is quite doubtful.

[Summary]
I feel this manga is worthy enough to be read as long as you
don't mind takeoffs and contradiction.
