Former major leaguer Jimmie to whom the knee of Tom Hanks who won the Academy Award behind was injured and who is for a place, is obliged to active-service retirement, and serves as the supervisor of a woman team is performed well.
Although Jimmie makes a fool of woman baseball at first and continues taking a sulky attitude, he is gradually moved by earnestness, such as a hero and dotei, and regains the passion to baseball.
